Born in the Netherlands and based in Utrecht, I travelled worldwide for photography as an engaged people photographer. I combine photographic work with other forms of art, like paper and digital collage, illustration, clay and ink. How art can help to make shift happen and to impact the daily lives of people is an everlasting quest. I specialize in photographing humans from all walks of life. Working with insecure minds and big ego’s doesn’t scare me; I photographed everyone, from the queen to factory workers in Asia. Making everyone feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera is where I thrive.

I have broad experience with photographing all kinds of gatherings like business meetings, but also funerals, being a fly on the wall while still collecting the moments that matter most. As a photographer I am always working for the people in front of the lens. Therefore I work in a flexible and down to earth way and I love light, lively frames.
