The WE program is a dialogue-based program that enhances work in factories. As visual producer I have travelled all over the world to capture what it looks like and how the work of the program impacts the people involved. Together with the art directors I work on a daily basis to co-create several diaries and booklets in which we show the WE way of working and how art can help make an impact.
For the past years I have been closely involved in the design and the harvest of the house style and annual international team conferences.
